HOPE SAKUMA HARVEST COMES GOOD

The Hope Sakuma ladies make a welcome return threshing the rice, dried in the Sanda sun, by foot before winnowing in the shade as Hope Sakuma's first paddy yields two bushels of nutritious nerica buttercup rice.

After threshing and winnowing two bushels of rice are measured and bagged and once milled our nutritious nerica buttercup rice from Hope Sakuma will make its way to Mama Mayila's Cradle to support Hopes programmes for vulnerable children.
