LEO'S GREAT BIG GRADUATION DAY

Rising Academy's jam-packed graduation event held at the District Council offices where students, caregivers and teachers all gathered to mark the end of the academic year and celebrate the achievements of graduating students, now ready to embark on the next chapter of their journeys.

The big day kicked off with opening prayers, invoking blessings and gratitude for the knowledge gained and the experiences shared through the year; a welcome song, showcasing the musical talents of the students before the school manager, Alpha Kamara, took to the stage to deliver his address, a reflection on the academic year just concluded and encouragement for the students to embrace their future with confidence and determination.

As first formalities concluded, the program transitioned into a series of delightful skits and sketches performed by students from various grade levels, each performance a testament to the creativity and talent of the students,

The highlight of the day arrives with great anticipation as Leo and Barney, make their way to the stage to receive their graduation honors, a significant milestone in their lives, symbolizing their transition from one educational phase to another. While both boys diligently prepared for their West African Certificate Examination (WACE), they remain on tenterhooks, in a state of anxious anticipation, eagerly awaiting their results later in the summer.
