Some of the kids in our interim care programme enjoy their first training session with esteemed former pro-soccer player, Mr Apollo Lawson, starting their practice in coordination and ball control in their footballing kit kindly donated by Aunty Deanna and Team Oz ad presented by Apollo back in November.
Apollo, latterly of the Old Edwardians, was a regular player for the Sierra Leone national team the Leone Stars. Sadly the best player, Miss Sierra, misses the action this week as a Saturday exam at school takes priority but can't wait for the next session!
