SUPPORTING SIERRA LEONES' MOST MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES

Thirty-two children and caregivers from Moa Wharf gathered in their community hall to gladly receive a most generous donation from Aunty Marenka and her Dutch foundation Heart for Humanity supporting orphans and disabled children in one of Sierra Leone's most disavanted and marginalized communities, which sufferd greatly during the Ebola pandemic. The kids take turns to collect a pan of rice, fish, onions, pepper, palm oil and Maggi as well as lollipops, a whole loaf of sweet bread and 50 new leones each! Speaking afterwards national coordinator, Mr Williams Tieh said: "Altogether we distributed 400 kilo of rice, a blye of fish and a bata of palm oil as well as 1,600 new leones and all the goodies to some of the most vulnerable kids in Sierra Leone."
