STUBBORN CALLS TIME!

Hot parching action with our resident gari-maker, Stubborn, calling time as the last of the cassava at Mile Six is harvested and turned into gari. Steam rises as Stuborn skillfully shifts the fermented cassava flakes around the heated gari-pan drying the flakes without catchig or colouring and diaspora volunteer Mo tries his hand before John parches the last of the cassava and Hope Sakumas' mobile gari service bids adieu heading back to see service in Sanda.
