MARENKA'S MOA WHARF MEET!

This month's event at Moa Wharf - one of the most marginalized communities in Sierra Leone - sees dedicated Dutch volunteers Marenka and Bim help distribute rice and two new outfits for each of the 59 children in our kinship fostering programme. You can see some of the rice making the journey down the long steep steps to the communities court barre.

National Coordinator, Williams makes the opening inroductions while Fostercare Coordinator Junior and resident Coordinator Mr Bangura take care of the paperwork, taking time to ensure the kids are being supported to go to school and being treated well at home.

This months event marks Marenka's fourth visit to Moa Wharf and is all thanks to generous support from Marenka's foundation, Heart for Humanity, for the kids in our kinship fostering programme receiving food support and clothing.
