A TON OF RICE FOR MOA WHARF KIDS!

Join Alex and Mickey as they distribute a ton of rice to vulnerable kids in Sierra Leone's Moa Wharf slum community.

Meet the indomitable Mrs Kamara, operational manager Jim Gbappy and the 57 children they care for at Network for Children in Need interim care centre. Mrs Kamara doesn't receive any government support, no grant funding, no sponsorship for any of her kids. That sounds like hard work that's tough going. Surely there has to be a better way to support people who support vulnerable children?

We've brought some rice and sweets for the kids today and we're going to see how else we can support Mrs Kamara and how we can work together to help each other.

And what a great welcome song - all the kids want to be doctors and teachers and scientists!
