The kdis enjoy a final breakfast as Hopes' Standards High summer school wraps up after a full month of free lessons, equipment, breakfast including a cup of hot chocolate. In all, our three teachers taught 44 kids from York, Big Water and Tokeh, focusing on prepping class 6 kids facing exams next year, as well as other disadvantaged children from the community identified as struggling with basic math and English.
Twenty-nine kids sat their exams at the end of summer school and thanks to the team at Global Aspida the summer school students are in for a big surprise when they return to collect their results!
