CASSAVA FROM GARDEN TO TABLE

Leo and the kids pick their first home-grown cassava leaf and it is but a short journey to the kitchen for pounding with pestle and a pot filled obligingly with oil and after some cooking an even shorter journey into the eager young tums who harvested their own dinner!

The kids veg garden planted last fall is yielding big results from garden to table boostng the kids nutrition with home-grown, organicaly grown cassava and krain-krain already reducing Mama Mayila's meal-time costs by 20%!
