Mama Mayila's on-hand to supervise the loading and the unloading of our container arriving in Freetown from the UK and disgorging it's bounty of 13 windows, four doors, five bathrooms and a solid oak kitchen all the fittings fit for our new home and there's so much it takes not one but two truck trips to our plot somewhere along the Peninsular.
But with all the carrying from the shipyard to the store and all the loading and unloading onto the truck and off again; not to mention all those roads in need of repair, how will our glassware have fared? Mama Mayila promises to return to carry out an inventory.
