BROADCASTING FROM THE BOLI LAND!

Two and a half minutes of farming therapy as 4 of our 7 team's from Hope Sakuma, our sustainable farming co-op in Sanda Magbolonto Chiefdom literally broadcasting the rice seed in the freshly harrowed Boli land.

You can see the Headman of each village distributing the seed to the seeders who with a traditional flick of the wrist cast it into the rich fertile ground. We're hoping on a visit from the district agricultural officer to see the progress the men and women from our co-op have made and confirm we'll be able to access fertilizer this year at the right time to see our Boli land rice thrive and improve nutrition, livelihoods and food security for the 7 villages and for our interim care and kinship fostering programmes.
