Ah beautiful Salone! Breathtaking York beach with blue skies, a blue sea and a secret cave with a unique history!
Bakarr, Mo and Tollo clamber across the rocks to the entrance of the secret cave and after some hesitation - it is, after all, very dark in there indeed - venture into the extensive cavern and it's rock pools learning of it's unique story from hiding slaves on the run during the days of the transatlantic slave trade to providing water to the Queens on her majesty's trip to Sierra Leone sixty years ago next month!
The boys are visiting Eggerton and his father to celebrate the signing of the land transfer with fresh palm wine before taking in the beautiful rocky beach with Black Johnstone beach and Bana Island stretching into the distant view.
