NEW YEAR'S WITH THE MAHANAIM KIDS

Knox, Alex and August, our three wise boys, are up to some new years' good visiting the Mahanaim kids and bearing new years’ gifts from Uncle Ian in the UK. These fantastic kids living with disabilities in Sierra Leone welcome August and his brothers with open arms and big broad smiles happy for the company and happy to receive a great big box of chicken, nutritious brown rice from Hope Sakuma and a bag of onions for a New Years’ feast. The wise boys had heard how much the Mahanaim kids loved the bread and honey at Christmas and so brought more loaves of sweet yellow bread and another bata of thick Sanda honey. And with triple rations of biscuits and lollipops as well as 150,000 le cash money the Mahanaim kids are all set for the new year. After their visit our three wise boys return home to Mama Mayila's Cradles but not before stopping off at the Polio Challenge Association to make a further 50,000 le donation to support their good work through the year.
