Misses Mya, Sierra and Sophie show us all an excellent way to keep fit while self-isolating with some super skipping action. Many magnificent moves in the BlueBell, Cockleshell individual medley but truthfully - despite enthusiatic attempts by Misses Mya and Sierra - Miss Sophie literally skips away with it all the way to the winners podium taking everything Mya and Sierra can throw at her, including rope and speed reversal before eevy, ivy, over, it's all over and Sophie gains extra points for technical difficulty and extra extra points for poise under pressure! Miss Sophie may have skipped her way to the winners podium in the individual medley but in the individual freestyle - Salt, Mustard, Vinegar, Pepper - who skips it best?
