Dedicated Njala student Mohammed joins Bakarr and his son, Med, crossing the Mabanta River to enter Sanda Magbolontor chiefdom and catch on the Azolla the Njala team identified and helped transport to Hope Sakuma. And Bakarr's not just posing with the rope, he's helping hand-pull the ferry and our trusty 4x4 across the river!
It's morning in chiefdom capital, Sendugu and Bakarr's giving us his full range of hut poses and we can see Bakarr came back to Sanda Magbolontor in a trusty 4x4 and he brought his good self, one of his two sons and two walkie-talkies - just the thing to communicate between farms when there's literally no phone signal for miles around!
