UP TO SOME NEW YEARS' GOOD

The kids are up to some good again bringing New Years' cheer to Moa Wharf yesterday with the hessien sacks the kids themselves painted logos on and then
 packed with nutritous brown rice from their own sustainable farm, Hope Sakuma..

Delivering twenty bushels of nutritous Hope Sakuma brown rice thanks to an amazing donation from Holland Shipyards a donation that achieves twice the social good impact by buying rice from the kids sustainable farm, supporting it's rural development activities and then by feeding these vulnerable kids, children orphaned by Ebola or living with a disability. That means the whole donation remains in-country rather than being spent on imported not-so-nutritous white rice from afar.

Then it's time for speeches from Uncle Williams and our resident coordinator, Mr Bangura exorting the children to do well in school and explaining that the rice comes from the kids own farm, Hope Sakuma.

Uncle Osman makes a welcome return joining Uncles Junior and Williams helping to set up the grand distribution with our resident coordinator Mr Bangura.
