FARM TO TABLE: HOPES' YUMMY YAMS

The kids send a great big thank you to Hope Sakuma sustainable farm sending their first-ever crop of chinese yams to Mama Mayila's Cradle. Then farm co-ordinator Samuel shows us the yams harvesting from their trellised cinnamon vines. Destined for Hope's interim care feeding support programmes the kids just love the taste of this sweet-tasting nutrition-packed tuber!
