With dry season fast approaching the Makelekos All-Stars peel off from destumping to dig the first of three wells so there's water for the nearby vegetables.
On Uncle Bakarrs' advice the All-Stars dig to a relatively shallow depth - 'til they hit water - the wells will then be dug deeper through the season as they dry out.
