A huge thank you to the Ministry of Social Welfare, Gender and Children's Affairs for these 4 x fifty kilo bags of rice not only for us but for every interim care centre and orphanage in Sierra Leone! Coming at the request of President Maada Bio this represents the first direct contribution from a Government towards child care costs in the interim care sector and is a practical expression of this government's bold new direction .
