CELEBRATING AUGUST ON WORLD EPILEPSY DAY

Today's World Epilepsy Day and we're celebrating August, a little boy with special needs who also suffers from epilepsy. Fortunately, unlike many children in Sierra Leone, our team were able to get August correctly diagnosed and now on his third medication, which works well, August's epilepsy is largely under control with less frequent attacks and this independent little boy can enjoy his life at Mama Mayila's Cradle.

Here's Uncle Osman and Uncle Hassan giving August his daily physio.
