ALL IN A DAYS DIGGING!

Mo's on hand to witness a days digging (and more) yielding yet more heaps for the biggest cassava farm in Sanda Magbolontor Chiefdom!

The Hope Sakuma Ladies weeding and the boys digging some really fine heaps of rich fertile Sanda soil ready for drought-resistant and nutritious cassava interplanted with nutricious potato leaf which helps reduce weeds and the need for harmful pesticides..

Hope Samuka and our eleven villages – Manays, Masillah, RoGbin, RoGabaran, RoTain, Ro Rainte, RoYeima, new addition Mabonkane and Makatay, Daimba and Masana, the three villages surrounding our boli lands - are using the power of innovative volunteerism to improve nutrition, food security and climate adaptation in Sierra Leone.
