SCHOOLS OUT FOR CHRISTMAS!

A big thumbs up to Rising Academy for organizing a great end of term bash for the kids - you can see some of ours from Mama Mayila's Cradle looking very happy to be taking part! The school was jammed with parents and supporters to view a packed programme of events.

 The most excellent day at Rising Academy - abley MC'd by Mr Chairman (a pupil) started with a song and then a Maths Off to rap - who was quickest to complete their 12 x table - and it was our very own Maths King, Knox! You should have heard the cheer that went up from our lot...

Then pupils took to the mic each representing a letter of the alphabet to explain their values. There was a great little skit where pupils acted the part of careers to follow - doctors and lawyers and teachers and scientists and then a cat walk and talent show - two things for sure - Mya can really sing and Leo knows hopw to bring it home!
