This World Earth Day the kids at Mama Mayila's Cradle learn all about our forests - how they store co2 and can help protect us from flooding and soil erosion. Alfred Fornah and Vidal Conteh from Society For Climate Change Communication-Sierra Leone involved the kids thru art.

The kids then went on a field trip to see the different types of local trees and saw for themselves the impact on the environment of litter, plastics, card and tin cans dropped and contaminating the land.
